Types of Linux Users

Linux has four types of accounts:

• Root or Super user
• System
• Normal
• Network
  

Use the following commands to check user types:

      #id
      #id nova

Add a user without home directory, Ubuntu adding a user by default won't create home directory:

     #useradd neutron
